The original Warm & Glad café was all about the music. With Technics turntables, studio sound, and eclectic selections, there was never a pop song played. From hip hop to dub, jazz to breaks, it was always fresh and always on point.
Now, Warm & Glad Sessions is a Friday afternoon end-of-week vinyl event for people who love music. For a few hours, enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine, quality sound and a vinyl selection from the two salty dogs, Jon and Jas, who come with a long history of DJing. Guest DJs bring their own flavours – always with music to spread joy. Soulful is the key. Come on your own or bring a friend.
Dusty jazz and soul, funk breaks, soulful house, downtempo and broken beat, with some golden era hip hop and soulful drum 'n bass set the scene. The journey builds slowly, and one record leads to the next through a sample, a break or a memory.

The events are monthly, and are currently held at Underbar, which is located below CNR Cafe in Craighall Park, next to Vice Coffee.
